I had a nice stay at Playa Encantada! The room was clean. The location is super convenient—walking distance to supermarkets and the beach. The pool area looked great, but the kitchenette could use more supplies. Overall, a decent spot for a budget-friendly trip.

nice pool area, ample storage in kitchenette, proximity to local eateries
The noise from the nearby warehouse was relentless!!! The kitchenette really needed basic supplies like coffee makers to make cooking easier!!! The towels felt like sandpaper, not ideal after a long day!!!

Convenient stay with surprising warmth
The hotel’s proximity to the ADO bus terminal made traveling seamless. The clean pool provided a perfect refreshment after long days exploring. The friendly staff brightened my mornings.
The air conditioning in my room struggled a bit during the hot afternoons, causing some uncomfortable moments. Additionally, the coffee situation was lacking, as there were no basic supplies for brewing.

The pool was a hit with the kids, especially after our visits to the nearby beach. Location was super convenient, being just a short walk to the ADO bus terminal. We really enjoyed our spacious room with two large beds, perfect for my family.
In my wife’s opinion, the kitchenette lacked useful supplies for family meals.

missingWrote a review on Aug 10great locationample storagelimited amenitiesabsence of coffee makerdark atmosphere
The location was a major highlight, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. The kitchenette offered ample storage, which came in handy for cooking simple meals. However, the absence of a coffee maker was a disappointment, as it would have greatly enhanced the kitchen's utility. While the atmosphere around the pool was inviting, the limited amenities made the stay feel less complete. Also, the frosted sliding doors left the room feeling dark and somewhat isolated instead of being more open and airy.

Had an awesome time with friends! The place was a great base to explore, especially with the ADO bus terminal close by. We visited the Gran Coyote Golf and found some great spots for food nearby. The pool area was nice and offered a relaxing break after a long day.
One downside was the kitchenette. it didn't have basic amenities like a coffee maker, which was a bit disappointing.

pleasant stay but some areas need improvement
The large apartment offered ample space, making it comfortable for our long stay. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well, providing much-needed relief from the heat. The inviting pool was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. Additionally, the city view was delightful and added charm to our mornings.
Kitchen supplies were minimal, which made cooking a challenge at times.

The location offers convenient access to local transportation and supermarkets, making grabbing essentials easy. The spacious room was clean, with effective air conditioning and a lovely swimming pool to cool off in after a long travel day. On the downside, the kitchenette was lacking basic amenities like a coffee maker, which would have been helpful, and the frosted sliding doors made the space feel somewhat claustrophobic. The surrounding area can also be challenging to navigate with heavy luggage due to uneven surfaces.
